Floor Model Large Field of View Video Measuring Machine With Large Capacity Xy Stage

Offers a 100 mm field of view with expansive XY stage travel to measure dimensions of large parts with critical details or numerous small parts automatically.

 

The SNAP 350, a floor-based system, is outfitted with a Large Field of View (FOV) Telecentric lens and a motorized stage featuring an expansive 450 x 450 mm measuring area. Its Dual-Mag optics enhance functionality by offering a considerably wider magnification range, even when operating within a program. The Measure-X metrology software facilitates uncomplicated "walk up and measure" functionality, supports comparison to an electronic overlay, enables the creation and execution of automated programs for intricate measurements and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). The AutoID feature minimizes operator requirements.
