The ZONE3® Metrology Software introduces a completely novel approach to interacting with multisensor measurement systems, delivering measurements that are faster, more straightforward, and more productive than ever. Its interface distinctly presents the connections among components such as parts, sensors, datum alignments, and machine accessories.

 

Utilizing inventive features, ZONE3 effortlessly and automatically creates measurement routines, leading to quicker programming and execution times compared to what was achievable with other software packages.

 

 

ZONE3 is available in four different versions:

ZONE3 Express offers full measurement capabilities and tools, basic GD&T functionality, and the ability to work with 2D CAD files.

ZONE3 Prime offers all the functionality of Express, plus full 3D CAD capability and full GD&T functionality.

ZONE3 Pro adds enhanced productivity and analysis tools for the power user as well as support for regulated environments.

ZONE3 Offline mimics Pro, but is designed for use at an offline workstation, eliminating the need for a measuring machine for programming.

Full field image processing enables immediate measurement of entire scenes.

Intelligent optimization of routines ensures the most efficient execution by minimizing machine movements and concurrently measuring features visible at the same time.

Auto path generation utilizes CAD or user-inputted nominals.

The "Apply to Similar" tool automatically generates steps for features in the CAD model that share user-defined common characteristics based on existing measurements.

ZONE3 seamlessly integrates with your existing OGP metrology software packages through the Portal. You can maintain a library of Measure-X and MeasureMind 3D routines and execute them directly from their native applications. Simultaneously, you can leverage the enhanced capabilities provided by ZONE3 when incorporating it into your current SmartScope multisensory systems.

Furthermore, ZONE3 presents a time-efficient approach to transforming a MeasureMind3D routine into a ZONE3 project. By opening a MeasureMind3D routine file in ZONE3, you can review the generated part routine, comprising converted steps, make necessary edits, and save the resulting ZONE3 Project file.

For community interaction and support, ZONE3.zone serves as the online platform for ZONE3 users. Here, you can connect with fellow ZONE3 users and OGP Application Engineers, exchange metrology insights, and seek answers to questions related to ZONE3 features.

ZONE3 Express comes standard on all FlexPoint, Fusion, Lazer, and SmartScope systems, and is accessible on SNAP as well as Advanced Production Systems.
