Compact, Large Field of View Video Measuring Machine

Combines a high resolution digital metrology camera with specially designed optics and lighting to produce high accuracy images, even in shop floor conditions.

 

The SNAP 100 is a compact unit featuring a Large Field of View (FOV) Telecentric lens and a stationary stage with a measuring area of 62 mm x 46 mm. The Measure-X metrology software enables effortless measuring, comparison with electronic overlays, and the development and execution of automated programs, encompassing intricate measurements and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). The AutoID function minimizes the need for operator requirements.
