The system incorporates dual optical paths that facilitate an instant magnification change between a low magnification, providing a 100 mm viewing area, and high magnification for precise small feature measurements, equipped with autofocus and fully telecentric design for image accuracy.

Stable Platform
Built on a solid cast base with a granite surface plate and compound stage, the system ensures a stable and reliable foundation for extremely accurate measurements.

Multisensor Versatility
The system offers optional sensors such as touch probe, Scanning Probe, TeleStar TTL laser, Rainbow Probe, and 4th and 5th axis rotary indexers. All sensors are meticulously placed on the optical centerline through a patented rotational deployment mechanism.

Productivity
Utilizing 3D CAD-based ZONE3 metrology software, the system incorporates integral AutoID and FeatureExtractor functions for convenient one-touch measurements. Full-field image processing and high-speed cameras enable the rapid measurement of entire scenes
