Intamsys 3D printing all-in-one solutions bear the ambition to make our future life fully customizable due to the infinity of possibilities the additive manufacturing industry offers. Intamsys high-performance industrial materials (PEEKPEEK-CFPEKKULTEM (PEI)PPSU) are used for functional prototyping and parts production.

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is considered one of the world’s highest-performing engineering thermoplastics. From the family of PAEK, PEKK is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic often used in extreme operating environments because the material exhibits superior ablative characteristics.

ULTEM is an amorphous polymer that combines excellent thermal properties, exceptional dimensional stability, inherent flame retardancy, and good chemical resistance.

PPSU offers superior high heat deflection temperature, outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking, and good electrical properties.

Intamsys FUNMAT PRO 310

The latest addition to Intamsys functional materials (FUNMAT) 3D printer series, the FUNMAT PRO 310. This new professional FFF 3D printer is engineered to print with engineering-grade materials, delivering flexibility and ease of use to engineers and small businesses. It boasts a thermostatic chamber and a large build volume, providing incredible print quality while reducing potential errors or flaws. The printer can be equipped with an independently sealed drying filament box with a reusable molecular sieve, keeping humidity from impacting the quality of filament.
