SmartProbe is a unique video sensor that can be affixed to a flexible probe head within FlexPoint systems, enabling swift 2D measurement. With a fully telecentric design and an expansive field of view measuring 12.5 x 9.5 mm, SmartProbe facilitates contactless measurement of features that are challenging to assess using a traditional probe, or in cases where rapid video-based measurement is preferable.


The integrated green LED ring light, featuring multiple sectors, provides programmable control over both direction and intensity. This feature proves invaluable for effortlessly measuring intricate edges.


When used in conjunction with the scanning probe and TeleStar Probe, the patented VersaFlex sensor array allows for the concurrent use of three sensors on a flexible head, a capability unparalleled in the industry. The immediate availability of all sensors eliminates the need for time-consuming tool changes and recompensation.
