Who is
Infinite Material Solutions?

Infinite Material Solutions offers game-changing build and support materials for 3D printing. Beginning in 2017 with their revolutionary AquaSys support material, Infinite is dedicated to developing unique materials.

Infinite offers a line of AquaSys support filament, a groundbreaking material used in combination with PLA, ABS, and even high-temperature engineering thermoplastics like PEEK. AquaSys 180 is the first-ever water-soluble support material compatible with PEEK.

Infinite’s latest material offering comes in the form of Caverna filament, a polypropylene (PP) based build material that has a unique micro-porous structure and closely resembles 3D-printed foam.

Build Filament

AquaSys GP

AquaSys GP is a water-soluble support material that is a replacement for PVA and is compatible with most polyesters.

AquaSys GP is a soluble solution ideal for the entry-level user because of its fast dissolution, easy removal, and material compatibility. AquaSys GP filament dissolves 20% faster at room temperature when compared to PVA. Additionally, with AquaSys GP you can rely on excellent print fidelity on even the most complex geometries.

AquaSys 120

AquaSys 120 is a water-soluble support filament that’s unmatched in the industry. Designed for manufacturers looking to 3D print more parts in less time, it dissolves rapidly in warm tap water—all while giving engineering-grade build materials and complex designs the high-quality support they need.

AquaSys 180

AquaSys 180 is the world’s only water-soluble 3D printing support material that’s compatible with Polyetheretherketone (PEEK), Polyetherketoneketone (PEKK), Polyetherimide (PEI), and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU).
It’s stable at chamber temperatures up to 180ºC. It provides complete design freedom. And it allows the additive manufacturing industry to move on to its next frontier: printing complex end-use parts, using high-strength thermoplastics.

Caverna PP

The first in the line of unique Caverna build materials from Infinite, Caverna PP (a polypropylene filament) has a water-soluble phase that dissolves to create a co-continuous, microporous morphology. After dissolution, the resulting material is soft and porous, and provides incredible moisture vapor transmission.
