We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. Returns requested after this 7-day period cannot be accepted. We cannot accept open products as returns.
Restocking Fee
A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and inspection costs. This fee applies to all eligible returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns, including:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs to send the item back to us
Restocking Fee - A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and inspection costs. This fee applies to all eligible returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 3% restocking fee and will be issued to your original payment method.
