Auto-Calibration & Adaptive Bed Mesh Leveling – Using a new bed probe sensor, BigRep ONE.5X will automatically calibrate the X, Y, and Z nozzle offsets and map the print surface to compensate for small surface deviations across the bed. 

Auto-Sequential Printing – BigRep’s smart print queue function. Once a part is completed and another part with the same material and nozzle setup is queued, BigRep ONE.5X automatically checks whether enough space remains on the build plate. If so, it will start the next print job automatically. 

Relay Mode – The BigRep ONE.5X will automatically switch to its backup extruder when filament runs out, keeping production running without manual user intervention.

New Motion Controls System – With new pressure advance and vibration compensation algorithms, the ONE.5X can print faster than ever before while maintaining print quality, reaching up to 250 mm/s
