PLA is a highly versatile material and is widely considered the go-to material for all levels of 3D print operators.

PETG combines the easy printability of PLA with the high strength and temperature resistance of ABS.

CPE is most similar to PLA, but has high chemical resistance and is FDA-approved.

ABS is used for more demanding applications and end-use parts, and is a suitable material for parts that require higher strength.

ASA is similar to ABS, but has the added benefit of weather and UV-resistance.

Polycarbonate (PC), although can be difficult to print, is well-known for its high melting temperature and high flexural strength.

Polypropylene (PP) is a lightweight, semi-flexible material commonly used for bottles and containers.
Nylon (PA) is a tough, flexible material ideal for withstanding significant mechanical stress.

TPU is a semi-flexible, chemical-resistant material that combines the qualities of rubber and plastic.

Carbon Fiber (CF) is often used for applications requiring exceptional stiffness and dimensional stability.

PEEK can produce parts stronger and lighter than stainless steel and aluminum with extremely high thermal, chemical, and wear resistance.

PEEK-CF offers the benefits of PEEK with added high stiffness and high-heat resistance.

PPS has superior hydrolysis resistance compared to other amorphous thermoplastics and also resists common acids and bases over a broad temperature range.

Our rates are calculated based on material and print time. We have a $200 minimum order.
What is typical lead time?
Lead time is approximately 5-10 business days. It varies depending on the technology, quantity and size of parts.
What is the highest resolution and accuracy?
Our  digital light processing (DLP) and  material jetting (MJP) resin 3D printers can do 25 micron XY resolution and 25 micron layer height.
What is the largest part/maximum dimensions?
We do large-format 3D printing! Our  BigRep STUDIO.2 can print parts up to 1000 x 500 x 500 mm.
